Check Imaging
Keeping track of your canceled checks has never been easier with our Imaging system. This service allows you to receive all your items each month, neatly sorted by check number. How does it work? Our Imaging system produces photographic images on 8.5″ x 11″ paper, already 3-hole punched for convenient storage in a 3-ring binder. Not only does this new technology keep your bank statements in order, but it will also greatly improve the retrieval time of a canceled check should you need additional copies in the future. And, of course, all imaged copies are accepted by the IRS and any court of law.
Health Savings Accounts
A Health Savings Account allows individuals to pay for current health expenses and save for future qualified medical health costs on a tax-free basis. To be eligible for a Health Savings Account, an individual must be covered by a High Deductible Health Plan, must not be covered by other health insurance, must not be eligible for Medicare, and can not be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s tax return.
