How to Report a Lost/Stolen Debit Card
If your debit card has been lost or stolen, please report it as soon as possible! There are several ways to alert the bank.
Call the bank at (859) 336-3939 or 1 (800) 601-9961 during banking hours.
After banking hours, report your card missing by calling 1 (800) 472-3272.
Email the bank by completing our secure form, and include your name and phone number in the message.
